Danish stoneware candle holder from the "Rune" series designed by Jens Harald Quistgaard in 1965.
The series was produced by the Danish company Nissen Kronjyden, which was later acquired by Bing & Grøndahl. "Rune" is known for its Nordic inspiration and a characteristically rough, sand-colored surface with patterns in relief reminiscent of runes and traditional Nordic symbols.
